Cartridge Collectors

Low Pressure Reverse Air Filters
Custom built for efficient high-volume operation, our air filters are made for demanding installations with high airflow and high dust loads.
Mechanical simplicity makes these weathertight filters mechanically superior. They’re more reliable, more durable, more economical, and maintain lower, more consistent emission levels than competing units.
Pulse Jet Filters
We offer pulse jet filters in a variety of shapes, sizes, and filter bag layouts to fit a broad range of applications, all with the same cleaning cycle. Dust-laden air or gas enters the pulse jet filter through a hopper inlet where it is directed toward a deflector that slows the airflow and causes heavier particles to fall directly into the hopper.
Cyclones are designed for outdoor installations where physical size is unrestricted. These units normally serve as primary receivers at processing plants where they separate material from process air.
AGI Airlanco Cyclones operate without any filter media to clean or replace and are custom-made for their intended applications. We manufacture Cyclones in carbon or stainless steel with round or square inlets and supply a variety of ancillary components, such as duct work, fans, airlocks and other equipment to provide complete integrated systems.
AVR & ART Receivers
AGI Airlanco Receivers are available in AVR Side Bag Removal or ART Top Bag Removal models.
Both are robustly built for high pressure/vacuum operation and feature tangential inlets, hopper segments designed specifically to handle your bulk materials, and compressed-air pulse jet cleaning of filter media.
HANDTE EM-O COMPACT
The EM-O Compact mist collector is an affordable option for smaller machine shops that desire a cleaner and safer operator environment. This versatile, entry-level, small-footprint mist collector is simple to integrate into machine tools. It can be mounted on top of equipment or on the floor next to equipment as a stand-alone device. And it can be used for both oil and synthetic coolant applications with minimal conversion.
It’s easy to replace the lightweight filter elements without tools. It is also easy to wash out and reuse the metal pre-filter. The filter media is optimized to drain better during operation. Due to the small footprint and quiet operation, the EM-O Compact can be easily integrated into your machining equipment or production line. The EM-O can be used to collect both oil and synthetic coolant mists without major conversions. The biggest advantage is that the same filter elements are used for both. An optional HEPA after-filter can be mounted on top of the unit for oil mist collection. This mist collector can be integrated into your machining equipment as a top-mount or stand-alone device, with connection options left or right. It is delivered ready for operation, but optional accessories are also available to adapt the unit to your specific requirements.
